Questions about working together.
Can I provide an existing injection mould?
Yes. We assess tool data, condition, machine compatibility and the required process. Sampling follows any necessary modifications. Production transfer is based on the agreed approval.
Do you make custom parts outside aerosol technology?
Yes. Injection moulding and contract manufacturing of technical parts are part of our services. Our actuator, aerosol cap and PU adapter portfolio represents a specialisation, not a restriction to those categories.
What do you need for a contract manufacturing quotation?
Please provide a drawing or sample, material, annual demand, batch or order quantities, packaging requirements and timing. For existing tools, also include tool data and information on the current manufacturing status.
